Return Policy

At Verde Garden Rooms Ltd, we pride ourselves on selling high-quality products and hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that you may wish to return a product, and therefore, we offer a 14-calendar-day return policy. This period starts from the day the item is delivered, giving you confidence when ordering from our company.

Policy for Faulty or Unwanted Items

If you need to return an item, we request that it is unused, in its original packaging, including labels, and in the condition you received it. If the returned item does not meet these criteria, we will notify you immediately. If you are unsure or concerned about the item you are returning, please email us first to discuss the matter. Once you have notified us within this period, you have 14 days to ensure the item is received by us.

We do not offer returns or exchanges after this 14-day period.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the above time frame. You will be given a Returns Authorisation number, which will include the address to return the unwanted item. Please ensure that the item clearly displays this returns number on the box.

If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for the costs of return, and it is essential that a “tracked” system is used. We cannot be responsible for the item if proof of delivery cannot be provided.

You can request that we collect the goods, and any collection costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once the item has been received by us, we allow 5 working days to inspect for faults or damages and to check that the item meets the criteria regarding packaging and labels. After this time, we will process the refund to your account or card, or however the item was initially paid for. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to reach your account.

Discrepancies and Damages

Any discrepancies regarding delivery must be notified to us within 24 hours. Additionally, if the packaging is damaged, please note this with your signature on the delivery sheet. We cannot be responsible for missing items if the package has been left somewhere without your signature.

If your item is faulty, we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item. If the damage occurred during transit, we will replace the item unless the packaging damage was not noted on the delivery sheet. We are unable to claim from our insurance in such cases, so please check the packaging upon arrival. To arrange a replacement, please report the fault or damage to us within 24 hours.

If the fault is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item immediately at our cost.

General Wear and Tear

At Verde Garden Rooms Ltd, we pride ourselves on the high quality of our goods. If used correctly, our goods should not present any problems apart from general wear and tear. Therefore, we cannot accept claims for neglect or misuse of the item.

Once an order has been accepted, you, the consumer, lose the right to reject the item within 14 days if the item has changed in any way or use of the item continues, and we have been notified.

Should you refuse delivery of an item, a return fee will be applied. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
